Neck Mahogany neck with Indian rosewood headplates front and back, and ebony fingerboard. There’s a position marker on the edge of the fingerboard at the 7th fret. 650mm scale length, 52mm nut width.
Frets No appreciable fret wear.
Body Cedar top and Indian rosewood back and sides. Spruce bracing and traditional slipper-foot neck joint. Rosewood binding with purfling on top and back.
Finish Hand rubbed French polish finish in very good condition. Some small wear marks.
Hardware/electronics Gold tuners with ebony buttons. Bone nut and compensated bone saddle.
Playability/Action Plays very well and the action is currently at 8/64ths treble and 11/64ths bass side.
Case Calton case included.
Comments This is an excellent guitar in very good condition. The tone is full and round. French Polish finishes are quite thin and very unlike the thick polyester or lacquer finishes seen on ‘production’ guitars; this protects the woods but allows them to vibrate freely.
