Comments Egmond guitars were built in Best (a suburb of Eindhoven), Holland, and many players who later became famous had them as starter guitars – George Harrison’s first guitar was an Egmond. This guitar is in great, mostly original condition (aside from the refret) and really shows the state of European guitar craft in the early 1960’s.
