Neck Bolt-on maple neck with unbound rosewood fingerboard, faux tortoise headplate with T logo. Back of head signed “Rick Turner 1997″
Frets Medium frets with minimal wear.
Body Solid Mahogany body with distinctive Turner outline.
Finish Mahogany red gloss on body, neck is clear satin.
Hardware/electronics Nickel-plated Kluson type gears, stop bar type bridge with adjustable B and G saddle; single volume and tone. The volume control is a push-pull and bypasses the volume and tone controls. Single pickup with horseshoe magnet, a design based on 1930′s Rickenbacker pickups.
Playability/Action Plays very well and is fully adjustable.
Case Gig bag included.
Comments The Turner Model T is oriented towards electric bottleneck players. It’s got a distinctive shape, a unique double-horsehoe pickup reminiscent of vintage steels, and you can bypass the controls to get just the pickup signal to the amp.
