Comments Here’s a lovely Paramount Style A tenor banjo from around 1935.

These were a standard professional instrument at the time; the Style A was the least decorated but was otherwise very similar to the more elaborate – and expensive – models.

This example is in great playing, and mostly original, condition.

Finish Original nitrocellulose lacquer finish on neck, resonator has been refinished.
Hardware/electronics Original tuners, updated bridge and tailpiece.
Playability/Action Plays very well and we will of course set it up to the players’ requirements.
