Fender Bandmaster ‘Blackface’ amp, 1964 (consignment) SOLD

Serial Number A 5931, built 1964 in Fullerton, California.
Pricing $850.00 CAD. SOLD
Comments The Bandmaster was produced, in various forms, from 1953 to 1974. Output ranged from around 25 watts at first, to 40 watts. Originally a combo, the piggyback head-and cabinet design appeared in 1961, and this configuration is used for most professional grade, higher powered amps to this day.A variation, the Bandmaster Reverb, appeared in 1968 and was produced until 1980. This Blackface example is in good working order; the grille cloth has been changed. The speakers are 12″, one a Fender Utah ’70’s and the other a CTS ’79.
