|Comments||Here’s a Masaru Kohno Special classical guitar from 1988. The ‘Special’ model was previously known as the ‘No. 50’ and at the top of the Kohno range.
Born in Osaka, Japan, Masaru Kohno studied under Arcángel Fernández in Madrid, Spain from 1960. By 1967, he was winning world-level guitar building competitions.
Known for very high quality workmanship, materials and tone, this is an excellent example of Kohno’s work.
