Comments Rickenbacker instruments are distinctive, visually and tonally. It isn’t always possible to have both of those and still deliver a usable, appealing, versatile guitar; however, Rickenbacker designs have proven to do all these things.

This is a 2004 Natural Rickenbacker 360 Guitar in good condition, with all of the tone and feel that Rikis provide. There’s a bit of normal usage wear on the back but the instrument has not been abused.

Serial Number 04 38865, built during the 38th week of 2004 – between August 16 and 24 – in Rickenbacker’s Santa Ana, California plant.

Neck Maple neck with Walnut layers. Bound, finished, rosewood fingerboard with distinctive Rickenbacker slash markers.
Frets Original frets with minor wear.
Body Maple chambered body in the classic, unique Rickenbacker 360 shape. The top is routed from a block of maple, with a rear maple cap added on.
Finish Original gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish in good shape. Some minor jean rivet – type wear on the back.
Hardware/electronics All original hardware with one small exception. Chrome Schaller M6 tuners, chrome R tailpiece and adjustable bridge with cover, chrome pickup surrounds; two high-output pickups, pickup selector, individual volume and tone controls, blend control. This instrument, like most 360’s, is wired for both Standard output and Rick-O-Sound stereo. The pickguards are original but the switch tip has been replaced. Schaller Straplocs.
Playability/Action Plays quite well and cleanly.
Case Original Rickenbacker case included.
