The Twelfth Fret ~ Since 1977 ~

Bond

The revolutionary Bond guitar was  built during 1984 and 1985 at the Muir of Ord in northern Scotland, it was one of the first carbon fiber electrics.

Only about 1440 Bond guitars were built, and they are a fascinating example of technology applied to musical instruments.

About Bond

Bond Guitars was set up by Andrew Bond (who died in 1999) in Muir of Ord, Scotland, in 1984. The company ceased trading in 1986.
