Here is an unusual guitar from one of the hotbeds of the Canadian music scene – a Beardsell 9C cutaway nylon string guitar, built during 2009 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Allan Beardsell has been playing and repairing guitars for the last three decades and has been dedicated to building custom instruments for the last fifteen years. Eastman DM1 Gypsy Jazz Style Guitar Classic Finish

The Eastman DM1 Gypsy Jazz Style model demonstrates that acoustic guitars do not only follow the pattern of American designs, particularly Martin and Gibson. Here we’re looking at a brand new Eastman DM1 Gypsy Jazz style guitar, in the ‘Petite Bouche’ or small soundhole style. This is a long scale instrument at 26.38 inches or 670mm, almost an inch longer than a typical Martin, and is a fairly large guitar.
