The Heiden A-Style mandolin uses a traditional 'tear drop' body with a carved spruce top, ported with F-holes; the back, sides and neck are flamed mahogany, with ebony for the fingerboard, headplate and bridge. The tuning machines are Schallers, and there is a Fishman pickup fitted, with an endpin jack for output.
This Heiden A-Style Mandolin from 1994 has certainly been played - there is significant natural finish wear on some areas of the back of the neck, and a few small blemishes on the top. The original tailpiece has been replaced with an Allen model.

This instrument comes with a Hiscox case.
