Eastman Limited Edition T185 Thinline

The T185 has gained the reputation of being the most versatile model in the entire Eastman Guitar line. With its fully hollow all-solid-wood body with carved and graduated top & back plates, it can produce all of the subtlety & dynamic range needed for straight jazz ... but the small internal sustain block under the bridge/tailpiece area increases the sustain & feedback rejection to the point where you can really rock out, as witnessed by Richard Smyth's audio file below.

Also, I can't emphasize enough how comfortable and easy to play this guitar is. The 15" thinline double-cut body tucks in nicely to your body and positions the neck perfectly to achieve optimum access, from the first fret all the way to the 22nd ... and the neck's very refined low/medium elliptical profile is such a pleasure to play!
