  With the newly redesigned Les Paul Standard, Gibson has taken the undisputed heavyweight champion of the rock guitar world and put it on the leading edge of modern guitar construction.    Today we are featuring a Special Edition version of the Les Paul Standard. I saw this guitar on display at the MIAC show a couple weeks back, and knewthat I was looking at something special. The "Brimstone Burst" finish and gold hardware are undoubtedly eye catching, but I also find this guitar gets more elegant the longer you look at it. The asymmetrical neck profile is a comfortable as ever. The guitar itself weighs in at a trim 7.85 pounds. The Burstbuncker Pro pickups give deep, rich harmonic overtones, clarity, and just the right amount of bite and power. 

     This guitar was built in a limited run specifically for the MIAC show. We only have one in stock, and they are available only while quantities last.
