Today we are featuring another beautiful instrument from the Gibson Nashville Custom Shop: The VOS 1956 Goldtop Les Paul. Once again, Gibson has done a fantastic job recreating a historic and iconic part of rock and roll history. Everything about this guitar feels and sounds right. Thanks to the P90 pickups, this guitar cuts through with a little more bite than you can usually expect from a Les Paul, without losing the creamy midrange or full sustain. With every note, you can feel the resonance moving through the body, all the way up the one-piece solid mahogany neck. It truly is a joy to play.
