Martin OM 35

Well once again we seem to have found some kind of space and time portal that exists in the basement of the 12th fret. The OM 35 model from Martin has been discontinued for a few years now but somehow we have found a brand new one in the darkest depths of our lower levels. I for one was a little sad when Martin decided to discontinue this model as it is definitely one of my favourites from their standard line.

The combination of 1/4" scalloped braces on an OM body with the Sitka spruce and Indian rosewood wood pairing provides a sweet sounding and ultra responsive guitar. I absolutely love small body guitars for their ability to  produce crisp trebles and articulate midrange frequencies but I often miss the more robust bass and projection you get from larger bodied instruments. Not a problem with this guitar. The OM35 is one of those orchestra models that has a tone much bigger than its frame. This one has every thing you would expect from a small body guitar and lots more!
