    Sinker Redwood refers to large redwood logs that have been laying at the bottom of a river for over 100 years and then salvaged. Sinker Redwood has dramatic color variations and an enhanced strength to weight ratio due to the mineral deposits and increased saline levels present when wood is submerged in water for a prolonged period of time. This wood has rich and strong overtones similar to Western Red Cedar and crisper, punchy treble frequencies reminiscent of spruce. The Grand Symphony body and Indian Rosewood sides and back provide lots of headroom and full deep bass response to complement the sound board. The addition of the bone nut and saddle, Gotoh 510 Antique Gold tuners, Taylor ES pickup and venetian cutaway make this a stellar guitar top to bottom!
