| It seems like a LONG time since we've been
able to offer one of Allan Beardsell's instruments on our site!
When I opened the case on this guitar, I think I experienced the
same excitement I felt on viewing his very first Model 4-G!
From the tip of this asymmetrical peghead to the
bottom of the curvaceous soundbox, this guitar is interesting,
innovative and unique! The tuning gear slots have a subtle
flair towards their base that helps the fluid lines of the peghead flow
toward their termination at a dramatic cresting-wave peak. The black
bound ebony fingerboard has fine white filets both front and side that
impart a very understated aesthetic while the Bubinga back & sides
dazzle with their rich hues and deep figure. Add the 'Laskin armrest',
double side ports with raised perimeters & the Kasha-like frequency
compensated bridge and it's hard to figure out where to look first!!!

This particular instrument has to be one
of the most powerful sounding Beardsell guitars to date. The 17"
lower bout, super stiff frame and Beardsell's proprietary strutting
system combine on this instrument to create an ultra responsive guitar
with a boisterous voice and complex overtone series!
