When Alex at Collings let me know that they had a custom finish MF5 that was exceptional sounding I jumped at the chance to grab it for our store. He is an accomplished player himself and DEFINITELY knows his mandolins. When this piece arrived we were completely blown away by the tone and power of this very attractive looking instrument. If you are looking for a mandolin that's unique to last you for the rest of your life, this is IT !!!
