These new Guild GAD-40C's are an absolutely unbelievable deal and are packed with features normally available on extremely high end flattops. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top notch, the thin gloss finish is flawless and the tonewoods premium.

These instruments are made in China, but after a few minutes of playing, it becomes evident that the thin wood tolerances and light scalloped X-bracing has produced a powerful and responsive guitar worthy of the Guild name (as a matter of fact, the U.S. guitars could learn a lesson or two from this line). We have never been able to offer a flattop with these features at this low a price point from ANY manufacturer (please email for pricing).

This is the second model in the new GAD Series from Guild and it is simply a stunner! Guild Guitars : GAD-JF30

The Guild GAD-JF30 was designed utilizing the jumbo maple body that has been in the Guild line since 1954. They use solid flamed maple for the back and sides, a solid spruce top that features scalloped bracing, and then join the one piece mahogany neck with a traditional dovetail neck joint.

Other premium features include an inlaid ebony fingerboard, wood body bindings, Grover Rotomatic tuners and a bone nut and saddle! For the finishing touches Guild inlayed classic pearl fingerboard inlays and then packed the instrument in a wooden arched case. A guitar worthy of representing over 50 years of fine guitar building by Guild Guitars!!!

Guild GAD-30R NAT

I guess it was inevitable that the popular Guild Acoustic Design series would expand into the Orchestra Model size of instruments. These small but powerful guitars are favoured by accomplished fingerstyle players for their balance, extreme note articulation and projection in a performance situation.
