Talk about being in the right place at the right time! We just happened to be walking by the Larrivee booth at the last winter NAMM show when John Larrivee Jr. scored about 35 sets of seasoned quilted tropical mahogany from a wood supplier. Within literally minutes it was determined that a limited run of OM-03 guitars would be made with this rare figured tonewood stained a custom Buckskin patina with upgraded abalone shell rosette and ebony tuner buttons! Within seconds of that decision the guitars were all sold out to dealers who happened to be at the booth at that particular moment in time! Timing is everything!!!
