National Estralita Deluxe guitar

National Estralita Deluxe
Don Young and McGregor Gaines have been the backbone of the revitalized National Reso-phonic Guitar Company since reforming in San Luis Obispo California.  In a relatively short time they have successfully brought this historic company to worldwide prominence and proven that the resonator guitar has an important part to play in today's musical landscape.

The Estralita Deluxe pictured above arrived at our store last week.  It features walnut back and sides and a finely figured anagre laminate top, triple bound with ivoroid/black/ivoroid. The walnut neck features a bound rosewood fretboard with mother-of-pearl diamond fretboard inlays and a white pearloid heelcap. The headstock is overlaid with white pearloid and has an engraved National logo. The tuners are three-on-a-plate closed gear deluxe Kluson-style.
