The new Ramirez Model AE is the only
advanced student model offered by this venerable guitar building dynasty
that features a spruce top. In general terms, spruce adds brilliance
and clarity to most classical guitars and certainly this is the case with
the AE model. Augment the lush, romantic tonality that is normally
prevalent in a Ramirez with this added crisp articulation and you get a
very appealing sounding instrument that lends itself to perhaps a more
modern repertoire.

| The design features, inside and outside
of the AE Ramírez guitars, as well as the template, decoration,
tone, and quality of sound and materials, are exclusively Ramirez. These
guitars are made outside of the tiny Ramirez workshop, in limited runs,
by carefuly selected Spanish manufacturers. They are specifically and uniquely
built for Ramírez, and although their construction is not directly
inspected by Amalia Ramírez, all guitars are finally adjusted
in her workshop by her craftsmen under her personal supervision. |
