| The Godin Guitar Company produces a number of
brands of instruments including Seagull, La Patrie, Godin and
Simon & Patrick. At this year's winter NAMM trade show,
Robert Godin introduced his much anticipated MJ or Mini Jumbo shape!
The new MJ has a full 16" lower bout with
4 7/8" deep sides at the end pin, producing quite a profound overall
sonic presence! The deep waist on this shape gives the illusion
of holding a much smaller instrument while giving you all of the punch
and drive of a larger guitar!
Look for this MJ Mini Jumbo shape to find
its way into every level of both the Simon & Patrick and Seagull line
of instruments. Rumor has it that a cutaway electric version is on
the drawing board as well!!!
