Well ... you get the new Watt Custom Guitar company's very first offering
pictured on this review, that's what! Former Sergei de Jonge
apprentices Alastair Miller and Mark Kett share a very happening workshop
in Toronto and have decided to pool their resources and considerable ability
to produce a very limited series of custom solidbody instruments!
This new Watt Custom is an extremely appealing
instrument that features a Spanish cedar body, nicely flamed maple
neck, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, precision Schaller enclosed
tuners, string-thru-body hardtail bridge, aluminum strip position
markers and the Lace Alumitone pickups! This guitar definitely
has that "X-factor" in spades. What's the X-factor? It's that
visceral connection that musicians make with their guitars when they just
feel, play and sound RIGHT!
