1967 Fender Precision Bass (consignment) No Longer Available

Comments The Fender Bass has been the standard since it was introduced; it didn’t take long for bassists and other band members to realize the benefit of a physically smaller but sonically larger instrument.

Upright basses became almost immediately obsolete and they are hardly seen outside acoustic jazz and bluegrass contexts; however, the desirability of the growl of an upright bass led to fretless modifications on electric basses.

This 1967 Fender Precision Bass has seen a fair amount of use and is in good overall condition – Chris rates it at 7/10.
