S/N: A 03476, built during 1965 at the Fender Fullerton plant.
The Fender Deluxe Amp and its descendent, the Deluxe Reverb, has been one of the most widely used combo-style amps of all time. Introduced in 1948 as 10 watts, rising to 20 watts in 1963, and fully superceded by the Deluxe Reverb in 1966, the Fender Deluxe Amp has appeared on countless stages and recordings.

At 20 watts through a single 12-inch speaker, the Fender Deluxe Amp packs enough power to keep up with many drummers, but not overwhelm the room when turned up to the point of saturation and overdrive. This, plus its excellent tone and lightweight portability, makes it ideal for recording and performance in smaller venues.

This example of late production Fender Deluxe amps is in good working order, and has been restored to original specs. It has its original transformers and a later Fender speaker. Its back panel is missing. The grille cloth and tolex are in good condition with minor scuffing and aging.
