As if the Gibson ES-355 isn't rare enough, here's a near-new ES-355 Historic Reiussue in natural finish built during 1999 in Nashville, Tennessee.

This is a spectacular guitar in excellent condition. Highly figured maple was used for the body, and it is very nicely offset by the slightly aged tint to the lacquer finish. As a 355, it has a mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, mother of pearl block position markers, and a bound headstock. For electronics, 57 Classic pickups are stock and there's a six-position varitone, but the guitar is only wired as Mono. There is a bit of natural lacquer checking on the upper horn but very, very little wear otherwise. The original brown hardshell case is included. The instrument weight is around 9 pounds, exclusive of the case.
