Hand-built in Spain by the luthiers at Alhambra, the Linea Profesional features solid wood construction - German Spruce for the top in this case (Red Cedar is also available), Indian Rosewood for the back, sides, headplate and bridge, a Spanish Cedar neck with internal ebony reinforcement, and ebony for the fingerboard.
The scale lengh is 650mm and the nut width is 52mm. The nut and saddle are bone. The tuners are high quality gold plated with ebony buttons.
This guitar has seen some use and has a bit of wear. Additionally, two clear mylar sheilds have been added - a standard tap plate or golpeador to protect the top from fingernail marks, and a second sheild behind the bridge's string block to prevent strings from marking the top when being changed (this can and does happen). These plates appear to use a light glue, rather than being static-mount; they do provide practical protection but could be removed.
This guitar is sold without a case, but cases are available.
