Bourgeois OM-150 Brazilian Rosewood SOLD

SOLD

2006 Model

ON SALE with shop wear: $6375.00

Well well… look what we found hiding in the corner of the shop. None other than a beautiful OM-150 Brazilian rosewood from the Lewiston Maine workshop of Dana Bourgeois!.

This may well be one of the last new Brazilian rosewood guitars you see in Canada from Bourgeois.

Below is an excerpt from David Wren’s review of this stunning instrument.

After years of selling instruments from this gifted luthier I’ve come to realize the affinity this man has with the Adirondack/Brazilian rosewood combination … in both his fingerstyle and flatpicking guitars!

After about twenty seconds of playing this OM-150 I realized that I was in the presence of a guitar at a whole different level. Dana really kicks things up a notch for the 150 series of instruments. The Master grade Adirondack top & premium Brazilian rosewood … the polished bone saddle, bone nut & bone bridge pins … the pyramid ebony bridge and delicately voiced top braces … all add up to create an instrument with a wonderfully sweet note fundamental, superb articulation, followed by a fountain of interesting partials!!!
