Historically, manufacturers of flattop steel string guitars have reserved mahogany for their plainer low end guitars … which in a lot of ways is a shame. In addition to selecting only the finest quartersawn and matched South American mahogany backs and sides, the Country Boy Dreadnought is appointed with an extra premium sitka spruce top.”

Well it just doesn’t get much better than this! Once again I have picked up one of Dana’s Signature OM guitars and had to pick my jaw up off the floor!! Every thing about this guitar is down right beautiful from the hand picked wood sets and understated appointments to the clear well balanced sound layered with rich overtones. The Bourgeois Signature OM features an Adirondack Red Spruce top and eye popping Madagascar rosewood sides and back. Top this off with a flamed Koa body binding and custom herringbone top marquetry and you have a guitar that you could stare at for hours. That is of course if you can stop playing it!
