A Night Of Acoustic Music with Jacobe Lauzon and Alanna Jenish – 7 October

A Night of Acoustic Music - The Twelfth Fret

Join us for a night of Acoustic Music with Jacobe Lauzon and Alanna Jenish. As a duo, Alanna and Jake continually impress audiences with their sweet harmonies, lightening-fast instrumental solos and dynamic musical arrangements.

More About Jacobe Lauzon

Jacobe Lauzon began his musical journey at seven years of age, after showing a persistent interest in playing his father’s guitars. Years later, Jacobe has emerged as an accomplished young musician and singer, and has been busy playing regular gigs across Durham Region for almost a decade. Always a bluegrasser at heart, Jacobe truly excels both as a rhythm and flat-picking guitarist. This past fall, Jacobe was nominated as Bluegrass Guitar Player of the Year (Central Canadian Bluegrass Awards).

More About Alanna Jenish

Hailing from the Ottawa Valley, Alanna Jenish began playing old-time fiddle music at a very young age. As a recent graduate of the University of Toronto, holding a Bachelor of Music, Alanna maintains a busy schedule playing gigs, doing session work, and teaching private music lessons on the side. An award winning fiddler, Alanna’s keen ear and musical sensitivity have kept her in high demand as both a lead and back-up musician. This past fall, Alanna was nominated as Fiddle Player of the Year (Central Canadian Bluegrass Awards).
