The Fender Telecaster Bass launched in the surprisingly late year of 1968, though its appearance is very much like the original, revolutionary 1951 Precision Bass. From a modern perspective, there isn’t a lot to the Fender Telecaster Bass.

This particular piece holds the prestigious designation of number 35 out of a limited run of 50 guitars, personally signed by its creator, Alex Wong. Boasting an elegant design, this guitar showcases a Roasted Ash body complemented by a one-piece Indian Rosewood neck accentuated with a Mahogany insert.

Fender Vintage Custom 1951 Precision Bass Relic NoCaster Blonde, 2019

For most players, the Fender Vintage Custom 1951 Precision Bass is about as close to an actual original instrument as one can get. This example, dated to early 2019 was refinished, aged and set up by Mike Palermo at Palermo Guitars in mid 2021. It now looks like a well-used 1951 model.

Showing distinct signs of having been used as intended, this Fender Stratocaster Sunburst was built during 1958 in Fullerton, California. Introduced in 1954 as the successor to the Telecaster, work on the Fender Stratocaster began in 1951.

This Fender American Standard Stratocaster HSS features a ShawBucker paired with two Custom Shop Fat 50’s, and a Sienna Burst Ash body. Dating to February of 2015 and built in Corona, California, this very well preserved example is a very comfortable, versatile guitar that covers most musical bases.
