The Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass is built in Japan at the Fuji-Gen plant that makes so many quality instruments. Here we’re seeing an Export model, identified by the matching black headstock. On models intended for sale within Japan, the headstock. Drawing from the very popular P-J concept, the Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass has the general outlines of the classic Jazz Bass, but adds a Precision Bass type pickup in the middle position of its Basswood body.

SOLD Charvel ProMod DK24 HH Sunburst

Based on the ‘Super Strat’ concept with a pair of humbuckers and two-point, non-locking trem, the Charvel ProMod DK24 combines and alder body with roasted maple neck for full, clear tone and fairly lightweight. The Fender Triple Jazzmaster was a limited edition take on the classic model, with a trio of Tim Shaw designed Filter ‘Tron like pickups. Part of a small run built during 2018, this Fender Triple Jazzmaster sports a Daphne Blue finish on its Alder body, while the Maple neck with bound Indian Rosewood fingerboard has dot position markers and the natural Maple finish.

Appearing in 1964 as part of a revamp of Fender’s entry level line, the Fender Mustang Dakota Red was the lowest priced model that included a tremolo tailpiece. The Mustang was also available in Blue and White. In 1965, following the sale of Fender to CBS, the Mustang – along with other models – received some immediate rebranding. The serial number plate and the tuning machine casings were stamped with a letter F. On the Mustang, the headstock was also enlarged, a change also applied to the Stratocaster.

The Nash T-63 is an imagining of a 1963 T guitar that’s been heavily used over many years and showing significant finish relic wear. Built in the USA by Bill Nash in his shop in Washington state, Nash guitars offer many options including pickup types, finishes and binding. Here we’re looking at a Nash T-63 in a reliced vintage sunburst, built likely during 2011. This recalls one of the most successful and profound factory modifications of the original Telecaster, the introduction of the Rosewood fingerboard.

Here’s a great playing Fender 57 Hot Rod Stratocaster in a 3-tone sunburst, and original parts except for a replacement Fender body. The original body was flawed, and replaced under warranty by Fender. Introduced around 2007, the Fender 57 Hot Rod Stratocaster hews closely to the original design with one piece Maple neck and Alder body, but the hardware has a number of factory upgrades, some not immediately apparent.
