Here is a ESP LTD EC-1000 Duncan, and it’s an impressive instrument, well designed, built and equipped. Drawing from the traditional single-cutaway, arched top solidbody concept, the EC-1000 moves beyond it with comfortable contours and shaped heel for easy access to all 24 stainless steel frets.

The ESP LTD EC-1000 Duncan uses Mahogany for the body and neck, with Macassar Ebony for the fingerboard. The name ‘Duncan’ refers to the classic pairing of a Seymour Duncan ’59 model in the neck position and a JB in the bridge. The bridge and tailpiece are TonePros parts, and locking LTD-branded tuners are at the head. The metal parts are finished in a gold colour, nicely setting off the satin ‘Vintage Black’ finish.

This is an exceptional instrument, well balanced and designed. It plays very well and sounds great!
