This exceptional guitar is in great condition, but it's not possible to date it precisely. The Gretsch Country Club G6196TSP-2G variant was built between 2009 and 2012 at the Terada plant in Japan. This example was sold by Gretsch, or Fender, to MIRC - Musical Instrument Reclamation Corporation - due to some issue. MIRC did whatever work was necessary to bring it up to its potential - and the Country Club has very great potential - and placed a USED stamp on the back of the headstock and applied a new serial number. While the guitar is in full working order, it can never qualify for manufacturer warranty support.
