Comments The Rickenbacker 325 is perhaps most famously associated with John Lennon on the Beatles tours and many albums and smash hit songs before he shifted to the Epiphone Casino. The short scale and narrow neck allow a lot of complex chord shapes and fast changes. This example was originally a 320 – the two pickup model – and the middle pickup has been added.
Serial Number 01 6396 built 1974 in Santa Ana, California.
Pricing $1750.00 CAD with case. SOLD
Neck Maple neck with thick, unbound, lacquered rosewood fingerboard, dot markers. 21″ scale length with 1.63″ nut width.
Frets Original frets with minimal wear.
Body Chambered maple body with one F-hole.
Finish Fireglo (red sunburst) nitrocellulose lacquer finish in good condition.
Hardware/electronics Original hardware except for added middle pickup. The vibrola-style trem has a very pointy arm!
