Are you open on Sundays?

We are open from Tuesday to Saturday with our doors opening (along with our phone lines) at 12pm to 6pm Tuesday through Friday, 12pm to 7pm and 11am to 5pm on Saturdays. *Please check our updated hours pertaining to the Covid-19 Governmental Guidelines.

Do you repair amplifiers?

We have been a reputable fretted instrument repair and service center for over 40 years, but do not have the time or the room to repair amplifiers.

What types of payment do you take?

We accept Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and cash.

Do you sell drums, violins, etc?

Although we do well a wide variety of instruments and some exotic pieces from time to time, the easiest answer is no. Wee sell mainly fretted instruments and their related accessories.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. We ship guitars, instruments and accessories all over the world – on a daily basis.

Do you rent and/or offer a layaway plan?

We do not rent or offer layaway plans. We are however, one of the few shops that will allow you to play anything we have in stock, no matter the price.
