HOW TO FIND US

OUR COVID-19 UPDATES

21/May/2022: We are once again open yet are welcoming walk-in’s at limited capacity until further notice.

21/March/2022: While Ontario lifted mask mandates in most public spaces including schools, and retail settings on 21 March 2022, for the time being – we continue to keep masking requirements in place. This is for all staff and customers entering The Twelfth Fret.

1/March/2022: Appointments Available; CLOSED TO PUBLIC – Though the government has lifted capacity limits in all indoor public settings our shop remains CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC (outside of pre-authorized appointments) and will continue to offer our full Curbside Service.
Be sure to check out our new Online shop – new instruments and products added daily.

1/February /2022: Appointments Available – Ontario is gradually lifting public health measures. Toronto is in modified Step 3 of the Province’s Roadmap to Reopen, effective January 31 at 12:01 a.m.  In line with this positive step forward, we will now be accepting in-person appointments with our sales experts. We remain CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC (outside of pre-authorized appointments) and will continue to offer our full Curbside Service.
Be sure to check out our new Online shop – new instruments and products added daily. Thank you and stay safe!

5/January /2022: Appointments No Longer Available – In response to recent trends that show a rapid increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations, we will no longer be accepting in-person appointments with our sales experts. This is inline with the Ontario governments temporary move into Step Two of the Roadmap to Reopen.  These measures will be in place for at least 21 days (until January 27) as per guidelines from the Ontario government. We will continue to offer our full Curbside Service and are daily expanding our new Online shop to better service you. Thank you and stay safe.

3/December/2021: Limited Appointments Available – We are now taking appointments (based on limited availability) with our sales experts to offer an extended but controlled service. We remain closed to the public but wide open for our usual Curbside Service.  Visit our appointment booking tool and book a free session with one of our experts.

COVID-19 has been a difficult road for all.  READ MORE About Our Curbside Services & Policies.

14/July/2021: Ontario Moves to Step 3 – As we move to Step 3 per Ontario province’s three-step , Friday 16 July at 12:01 a.m., The Twelfth Fret will remain closed to the public. We continue to provide curbside services with:

COVID-19 has been a difficult road for all. To rush to open prematurely, would show disrespect for the countless sacrifices made by our health providers. Safety of everybody is our first concern and hopefully, we will begin to offer private appointments. And, when safe to do so, for our customers, our staff, and our respective families, gradually open on a larger scale.  READ MORE About Our Curbside Services & Policies.
