Companion Custom banjos have been made since 2015 in Ann Arbor, Michigan by Chris and Stephanie Sorenson.
As with many banjo and guitar builders, the Sorensons started with a love for music and craftsmanship.
All Companion banjos are custom ordered, so they reflect the requirements of the player.
