The Twelfth Fret ~ Since 1977 ~

Furch guitars are made in Velke Nemcice, south of Brno, in the Czech Republic.   Frantisek Furch developed an interest in instrument making into a thriving line of quality guitars.

Originally named Stonebridge after the historic (and quite beautiful) Charles Bridge over the Vltava River in Prague,  these instruments now bear the Furch name, and the distribution company is SGI – Stonebridge Guitars International.
