Giffin Guitars have been built in Portland Oregon by Roger Giffin since 2004, though at that point he had been building for about 38 years.
Starting work in London in the late 1960s into the 1980’s, Giffin moved to the USA in 1988 and worked for Gibson until 1994. After a break, he re-started building in 1997 and moved to Portland in 2004.
Giffin Guitars are noted for their careful design, all-round high quality and attention to detail.
