Hans Raabe, father and son, worked in Munich and built many of a wide range of string instruments from approximately 1885 to the start of WW2. Their guitars are in the ‘Munich Style’, generally with thinner bodies.
These instruments are known for their high quality, and their catalog of designs was extensive and included harp guitars
One of their chief contemporaries was Herman Hauser, who built classical guitars in the Spanish style.
