❌SOLD❌ Eastman SB59_V Solidbody Black, 2020

❌SOLD❌ Eastman SB59_V Solidbody Black, 2020

Here we have a nearly new Eastman SB59_V single cutaway, carved top solidbody with all the features that make this model one of the best deals going! The Eastman SB59_V reflects the classic late 1950s design for a single cutaway, Flamed Maple on Mahogany solidbody with humbucking pickups. While it follows the formula, it’s not a precise copy and Eastman uses their own designs. As a ‘Vintage’ style model, this guitar has undergone an treatment process to simulate the wear of decades of use – except for fretwear.

❌SOLD❌ Collings MTO GT A Style Mandolin Sunburst, 2011

Here is a very nice Collings MTO GT A Style mandolin from 2011. The GT simply means ‘Gloss Top’, with the rest of the instrument in a non-gloss satin finish. The Collings MTO is based on the classic Orville Gibson A Style ‘teardrop’ design dating back to the end of the 19th century. The A and F styles were radical departures from traditional mandolins and merged violin family construction concepts with the mandolin.

❌SOLD❌ Stefan Sobell Parlour Guitar Brazilian Rosewood, 2005

❌SOLD❌ Stefan Sobell Parlour Guitar Brazilian Rosewood, 2005

Here’s an unusual piece to see available – a Stefan Sobell Parlour Brazilian Rosewood guitar, built at Sobell’s Old School shop in Northumberland, UK during January of 2005. Stefan Sobell has built instruments since 1973, his interest sparked by his wife’s Appalachian Dulcimer; he built an instrument to replace his own Portuguese Guitarra, though when completed it was actually a Cittern. That instrument was used in many folk clubs and resulted in orders for more, and turned into a full time occupation. Sobell now builds to order, about ten instruments per year.
