SOLD Bourgeois Signature D Madagascar and Adirondack Natural, 2009

Drawing from the iconic and sought after pre-war Dreadnoughts, the Bourgeois Signature D Madagascar serves up a rich combination of tone, presence and volume. Here is a bit of history – Jeff Healey’s Jackson Siamese Doubleneck, purchased in 1988 while recording the Roadhouse soundtrack and used during many performances and recordings! The Jeff Healey Band consisted of Jeff Healey on guitars, Joe Rockman on bass, and Tom Stephen on drums. The band’s material was heavily influenced by blues-rock styles, and eventually folded as Healey’s interests moved towards jazz. Jeff Healey died of cancer in 2008, aged 41.

Ramirez FL2 Flamenco Blanca Guitar

Ramirez FL2 Flamenco Blanca Guitar

The Ramirez FL2 Flamenco Blanca is a traditional Flamenco Blanca model, built to provide brilliant, percussive and loud rhythms at brisk tempos. This model, and its new replacement the Estudio Flamenco “Serranito” are the only ‘Student’ Flamenco guitars offered by Ramirez. Flamenco is now very professional and formalized, but is at its roots a folk style combining highly expressive, rhythmic percussion and melody using voice, dance, hand claps, finger snaps and guitars.
