uilt in Madrid, the Ramirez 4CWE is the top level, cutaway version of the E series classical models, with full 650mm scale length and a slightly narrower, 50mm nut width. ❌SOLD❌ Rickenbacker Ken Roberts Electro Spanish Guitar, 1935

The Ken Roberts model not only has a pickup, the neck is also ‘extended’ to meet the body at the 17th fret, and it has a vibrato tailpiece designed by Doc Kaufman. This exceptionally rare example is in good playing condition. Most people associate the first electric guitars with Leo Fender or the Gibson Les Paul, but the Rickenbacker ‘Frying Pan’ lap steel guitar predated those by almost two decades, appearing in 1931.

❌SOLD❌ G W Barry Concert Cutaway Steel String Guitar, 2000

This G W Barry Concert Cutaway steel string dates to the year 2000 and was built in Toronto, using Sitka Spruce for the top, paired with Indian Rosewood for the back, and sides, and streaked Ebony for the fingerboard and bridge. The neck and blocks are Mahogany, and the rosette uses and Abalone ring. The Barry concert body draws from the proportions of the Gibson J-185, but in a more curvaceous – dare we say bodacious – rendering of that design.
