❌SOLD❌ Fender Stratocaster 57 Vintage Reissue Tobacco Sunburst, 2003

This Fender Stratocaster 57 Vintage model built during 2003 is one of several lines of vintage reproductions, bringing back the features and aesthetics of classic models. This Fender Stratocaster 57 Vintage is in overall good, but not entirely original, condition. With a light ash body and one-piece V profile Maple neck and finished in a thin, fifties-style two tone tobacco sunburst lacquer, and with single layer pickguard, this example hews closely to the 57 specs.

❌SOLD❌ Fender Stratocaster Sunburst 1977

❌SOLD❌ Fender Stratocaster Sunburst 1977

Introduced in 1954 and bearing a suspicious resemblance to the outlines of the early Precision Bass, the Fender Stratocaster Sunburst became one of the most successful and versatile guitar designs. Here we’re looking at a CBS era Fender Stratocaster Sunburst, one of the most distinctive of Fender’s guitars and finishes. This example dates to late 1977 and is in good working condition, appearing largely original. The contoured body is Ash, with a Maple neck, here with a Walnut ‘Skunk Stripe’ indicating that the truss rod was mounted from the rear, unlike many Rosewood fingerboard models that have the truss rod mounted from the top, before the fingerboard is installed.

Fender American Ultra Precision Bass Arctic Pearl

Fender American Ultra Precision Bass Arctic Pearl

The Fender American Ultra Precision Bass is the most advanced offering in their line catering to discerning players that want the most precision, high quality performance and tone. The Fender Precision bass is one of the most heard and recorded bass guitars in history and this version adds some modern features to this legendary tone machine. The alder body and maple neck combination delivers a familiar thump and fat note fundamental. New features include the new ultra-noiseless pickups in a PJ configuration. This gives you a standard precision pickup and a jazz pickup in the bridge position.

❌SOLD❌ Fender Eric Johnson Thinline Signature Stratocaster Vintage White

❌SOLD❌ Fender Eric Johnson Thinline Signature Stratocaster Vintage White

This model draws from the historic work of Roger Rossmeisl, a German luthier who was responsible for a number of Rickenbacker’s most popular semi-hollow models before Fender hired him away. One of his first designs became the 1969 Fender Telecaster Thinline. Grammy award winning and worldwide respected guitarist Eric Johnson knows a thing or two about tone. In 2015 Eric approached Fender about creating a light weight and resonant strat that would complement his playing style and provide his ideal liquid and articulate tone. Two years later a design that combined the tones of his favourite semi hollow bodies and his strat seemed to do the trick. That design became the Fender Eric Johnson Thinline Signature Stratocaster.

❌SOLD❌ Fender Stratocaster Hard Tail Sunburst, 1978

❌SOLD❌ Fender Stratocaster Hard Tail Sunburst, 1978

Here we have a Fender Stratocaster HardTail, built at the Fullerton plant during 1978, during the CBS era. The HardTail version was made from 1955 until 2006, when poor sales caused Fender to drop the HardTail model. The two Stratocaster versions are very similar, but the fixed hardtail bridge model doesn’t have the large cavity routed on the back for the trem block and springs. Without that cavity and the spring components, the Fender Stratocaster HardTail tends to have a bit more sustain and note-to-note clarity and separation, as with the Telecaster. Of course, this means it does not have the ‘built-in reverb’ contributed by the springs, whether the bridge is set to trem use, or fully tightened down for tuning stability.
