Neck	Honduras mahogany neck with East Indian fingerboard and headstock veneer. Dot markers and ebony 4:1 ratio planetary pegs .
Frets	Neck joins body at 12th fret, 19 frets in total.
Body	Solid Honduran mahogany top, back and sides. Tortoise body binding and black / white purfling.
Finish	Clear nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
Hardware/electronics	Ebony friction tuning pegs and bridge; bone nut and saddle.
Playability/Action
Case	Collings hardshell case included.
Comments	While reviewing a lot of ukuleles, the Collings UC-2 Ukulele stood out as pretty much the best sounding. Very fine instruments.
