Introduced in 2014 and built until the plant closed, the Gibson Memphis ES Les Paul was one of the most radical versions of the Les Paul design. Though it looks from a few feet away much like a ‘Standard’ Les Paul, the ES version has a pair of F-holes exposing the mostly hollow, chambered body.

This is a rarity for us – a very nice Osamu Nakade C15 Classical Guitar, with the label signed and dated to 1990 at Tokio Japon. These models are usually found in the Japanese market. This Osamu Nakade C15 classical guitar is in overall good condition, and constructed in the ‘hybrid’ style, with a dovetail-type joint attaching the neck and body, rather than the traditional Spanish ‘Slipper Heel’ that ties the body and neck together.

Part of a now-discontinued special series, the Hofner Gold Label Berlin Violin Bass is the top of the line for these iconic instruments. The Hofner Gold Label basses were signed by master builder Thomas Stuhlein at the Hofner shop in Hagenau, Bavaria. The sealed – body construction is Maple laminate for the top, sides and back.

This National Squareneck Tricone Style 2.5 is one of the earliest resophonic guitars built, produced in 1929 in Los Angeles – with many components actually made by a nearby machinist and metalwork contractor, Adolph Rickenbacher. This is an early example of a production resophonic guitar – the first production took place in 1927.

⚌No Longer Available ‼ Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 Cherry Burst, 1993

This Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 Reissue sporting in Cherry Burst finish and ‘1960’ stamped creme pick guard, was built during 1993 at the Nashville plant. The Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 follows the usual pattern of a carved Maple cap on a Mahogany back, set Mahogany neck and bound Indian Rosewood fingerboard. The carve of the top is a little more pronounced than the slightly flatter R series, and the neck is slimmer.
