This 1976 Fender Telecaster carries the classic blonde finish. Part of the early reason for blonde finishes is that it was easier to see on black and white televisions - this was also what led to the naming of Les Paul TV models!
This guitar plays well and is in largely original condition, and has the traditional maple fingerboard (rosewood has been an optional fingerboard since the early 1960's). It has expected play wear and finish checking, and unusually, this guitar was apparently often played with the 'ash tray' bridge pickup cover in place, as there's visible wear around the bridge matching the cover's outline. Two string ferrules are missing from the high E and B strings, but these are standard parts and can easily be replaced. The frets are original and while there is some wear, the guitar plays cleanly.
A non-original black rectangular case is included.
