The Fender Super Champ compact tube amplifer appeared in 1982 under direction from Paul Rivera, as Fender sought new ideas to revive their market. It was produced until 1986. The small size with big features were intended to target it towards pro players who were learning that lower power levels could work very well in studios.

The Fender Super Champ was a dramatic upgrade to the venerable Fender Champ - it has a 10 inch speaker, much more power at 18 watts, spring reverb, master volume, lead level, a footswitchable mid boost, both treble and bass controls and a line level output for recording or reinforcement.

This fairly early example is in great condition and comes with the original manual.
