1995 Gibson ES-335 Dot Vintage Sunburst (consignment) SOLD

Comments Introduced in 1958, the Gibson ES-335 Dot was an immediate success and while details have changed over the years, it’s been in production ever since. The tonal versatility of the design has taken it into many different styles, from jazz to pop, from blues to hard rock. The semi-hollow body design was revolutionary – the solid center give solidity and sustain while the open wings round the edges of the tone and provide resonance and warmth with a significant amount of feedback resistance. It also makes the guitar lighter than a fully solid body would be.This 1995 Gibson ES-335 Dot Vintage Sunburst is in great condition, with no appreciable wear; nickel plating tends to tarnish a bit..
